LMA Recruitment are recruiting for a fantastic Financial Services firm based in the West End who are seeking a superb graduate calibre PA to join the firm. The role is supporting a busy team within a boutique finance house who have a close knit culture.

THE ROLE:
The key duties will include:

  • First point of contact for all visitors
  • Travel arrangements
  • Calendar management
  • Coordination of events and lunches
  • Database/ CRM management
  • Minute taking - as required

THE CANDIDATE:

You will have previous experience in a PA capacity as well as a desire to work in a small team environment. Ideally you will also have the ability to work on your own initiative and to organise and plan your work is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with strong attention to detail is highly preferred.

In this role you will need to have excellent IT skills, which includes knowledge of presentation software packages (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
