LMA Recruitment's client is an International Bank in the City, looking for an Operations Support Customer Service Group Analyst to join their team until July 2019.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing daily Cash Management Services (CMS) for European and worldwide CMS customers
  • Providing daily Investigation support for the EMEA region
  • Providing front line support to both internal and external customers in the EMEA region and globally
  • Validating and approving customer e-banking payment templates to enhance Straight Trough Processing Monitor Nostro accounts and investigate any outstanding entries
  • Processing of MT191 claims

Requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Payment processing and payment related investigations experience
  • Knowledge of SEPA CT and DD
  • Knowledge of Cheque clearing and UK Direct Debits
  • Knowledge of MT191 charges and cash management
