A Membership Organisation based in the City has a wonderful opportunity for an organised, experienced Office Manager to work in a friendly, spacious office in the heart of the City.

The duties are varied and include:_

  • Organising meetings for the Leadership Team
  • Diary management
  • Preparing Board Papers and some minute taking
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Managing Health & Safety procedures
  • Organising travel and expenses
  • Maintaining staff records and dealing with HR Admin
  • Supporting the Chief Executive with diary, travel and invoices

If you have previous Office Manager/PA experience and you are able to multi-task to a high standard, this is the role for you.

Sound knowledge of databases such as SalesForce would be desirable

Ideally suited to someone who has worked in a small office and someone who has a "can-do " attitude
