My Client, a Trade Association, based in the City has an urgent requirement for an efficient and multitasking Office Manager who will be responsible for a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Answering the phones and welcoming visitors
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies ( office and kitchen)
  • Organising Credit cards and bank accounts
  • Managing office health and safety procedures
  • Organising travel management and expenses
  • Supporting the Chief Executive with all meetings, diary management and preparing meetings
  • Organising Board papers and maintaining records
  • Updating staff personnel records including holidays, sickness etc
  • Organising staff contacts
  • Updating the Staff Handbook

The successful candidate will have :-

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager
  • Ability to maintain high standards of organisation, manage multiple task
  • Excellent computer skills especially with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Sales Force would be great
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
