Based in the heart of the City close to Bank station, this role needs someone with a proactive attitude who will be the lynch pin of a professional, hardworking office. The company are within financial services and require a candidate with great attention to detail and a mature outlook.

A minimum of 1 year's office experience is essential, coupled with excellent written English and comprehensive knowledge of various IT software, including MS office. Degree qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Duties include:

Front of House tasks, phone, email, deliveries, post, meeting support

Liaising with office suppliers

Assisting the Executive Assistant with overflow work

Updating the CRM database

Filing and archiving

Project support work

Booking travel and scheduling meetings
