My client who is a highly reputable private bank based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an experienced administrator who is a self-starter to provide admin and basic secretarial support to the Client Relationship Manager. This role would suit someone a graduate calibre candidate who has some internship experience within a bank is now looking for a career within client relationship in a private bank. Fluency to native level in both Mandarin and English is a must. This is a varied and busy role and your duties will include:

  • Competent and efficient administration on own initiative as well as coordination and support for one or several Relationship Managers with regard to Client Relationship Management
  • Direct contact with clients via telephone and email during RM's absences
  • General administration and secretarial tasks within the assigned team and as backup
  • Clearing Payments for Relationship Manager - China MarketClient Support
  • Processing of client instructions (payment orders foreign exchange, securities, credits, etc.)
  • Account opening/closure
  • Maintaining client data & reports
  • Investigation, clarification of all kinds as well as trouble shooting
  • Mailing of brochures, marketing information, etc. Office Administration
  • General office support
  • Reception Cover
  • Compilation of statistical data and reporting to internal units
  • Back up/deputy for Team Head's assistant
  • Filing and preparing correspondence (letters, memos, tables)
  • Travel co-ordination and organisation of business trips
  • Preparation of client visits
  • Document translation
