A growing ICT Services company need a Learning Partner to join their team at a busy and exciting time for the firm.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the roll out and continued operation of the companywide Learning Management System. You will also create and manage e-learning content production processes.

Other key responsibilities of the role include:

Design and deliver leadership development activities for Director and Vice-President level on a global scale.

Build and deliver a baseline programme for managers globally.

Use data effectively to demonstrate programme value.

Work closely with HRBPs to develop specific regional, cultural or other programmes or initiatives as required.

There is likely to be travel also with the role.
