We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to join a fantastic technology company based in the city.

This will be a 6 to 12 month contract.

The successful candidate will be accountable for coordination and delivery of onboarding solutions for large gorups of internal new employees while working as a member of the Onboarding team.

It is essential that you have facilitation experience and can engage well with an audience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Independently deliver key onboarding learning programs, in person and virtually
  • Plan and execute onboarding related projects. This includes onboarding process improvements, cost analysis, onboarding needs identification or measurements of onboarding effectiveness
  • Facilitate introductory new hire and company specific skill soft programs
  • Develop and influence internal client relationships for optimal participation in onboarding programs
  • Update existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
  • Work across departments to coordinate and schedule onboarding events in any geography
  • Liaise with and coordinates logistics with external vendors and internal teams
  • Creates and updates communications for onboarding events and programs
  • Provides program participants with logistics including materials necessary for a successful training
  • Updates and supplies information for worldwide tracking and execution of onboarding programs
  • Inputs and tracks sessions into the Learning Management System
  • Creates reports to communicate the effectiveness of onboarding programs

Experience Guidelines:

  • 1-4 years of training, onboarding, or organizational development experience (delivering, coordinating, and implementing learning solutions)
  • Experience training adults of varying age and experience
  • Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Accurate and consistent written and verbal communication skills
  • Timely communication with stakeholders to manage and deliver expectations
  • Proactive in managing responsibilities
  • Strong client and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with project teams, internal clients and vendors while effectively presenting information
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Analyze data for trends and propose recommendations
  • Ability to speak comfortably in front of large groups to facilitate learning and team building activities
