Some of the key accountabilities are listed below:

Accountabilities

  • Ownership of all L&D co-ordination activities including several L&D processes.
  • Implement, maintain, monitor and where appropriate instigate changes to L&D systems and processes to ensure L&D meets internal and external requirements.
  • Administer the site Competence Management System on a daily basis and support the continued development and application of this system. This includes but is not limited to the administration of Aquinas and a variety of other training record systems including the input, extraction, analysis and where required the manual transfer of data between systems.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders and third parties to ensure the efficient and timely organisation of the site's L&D course portfolio in order to maintain and manage a twelve month rolling training schedule for the site which is necessary for the ongoing development of individuals and teams to help deliver required business performance. In addition to this, manage all ad hoc learning and development requests.
