A leading national business are looking to hire a Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis who will be responsible for redesigning the L&D structure and processes across three contact centres.

You will lead on all L&D activities across a three contact centre population who currently have inconsistencies in structure and processes within L&D as well as a classroom led curriculum. The L&D function needs to be completely assessed and redesigned in order for it to be better aligned to business objectives. The L&D teams need to be more consistent across the three sites and a blended learning approach introduced with a focus on e-learning.

You will need to be able to manage a large team of 40 people within L&D across the sites as well as managing relationships within the business. Contact centre experience within an FCA regulated environment is a must as well as experience of transforming an L&D function. This is a great opportunity with a leading brand and will pay a salary of up to £60,000 plus a bonus and car allowance.
