A leading financial institution requires an experienced administrator to join a thriving Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team, at an interesting period of time as they transform learning and development activities across the organisation. The main priority for the role is to ensure a seamless launch and the smooth running of new management training courses. This is a 7 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and logistical support for a series of training events, including booking training rooms, arranging equipment and room set up;
  • Using the Learning and Development portal to load training courses, preparing delegate lists and monitoring attendance, and keeping the system up to date with accurate attendance data for a series of new management competency courses;
  • Sending joining instructions and relevant information to delegates and being the first port of call for course related queries, predominantly the management competency training courses;
  • Coordinating the content of hand-outs and presentation materials, and arranging printing of materials as required;
  • Proactive diary scheduling and management;
  • Regular contact with all training suppliers and internal facilitators, confirming training logistics and other information as appropriate;
  • Ensuring that all relevant invoices are accounted for and actioned;
  • Providing support to Business Consultants where necessary and building stakeholder relationships;
  • Running of relevant L&OD reports to support MI analysis;
  • General administrative duties and supporting team with daily tasks.
