One of the leading global law firms located across over 40 countries, located in the heart of London are looking for a Junior HR Business Analyst to join a highly committed and passionate HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity to assist a team of Business Analysts in the process mapping and transition of the firms HR processes from regional HR teams across the firm's International offices to our newly created global shared services function in Poland. This will entail attending process review workshops, writing detailed work instructions and training with the global shared services function.

This role will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working across the organisation to implement a major transformation programme aimed at delivering enhanced business support services to the firm's partners and fee earners.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the International business teams to understand all processes and business rules associated with the Annual Compensation Salary Review and Bonus process
  • Plan discovery/requirement gathering workshops and associated content to achieve the optimum results from sessions
  • Evaluation of requirements gathering workshop results.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Analysis to identify consistent processes and synergies at an international level whilst establishing local requirements that cannot be changed
  • Document output from sessions and achieve required sign off from key business stakeholders
  • Work with Project Manager to define the Request for Proposal including detailed Business Requirements that will be used as part of the Tender process
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions for users as part of User Acceptance Testing delivery and subsequent delivery's
  • Perform user Acceptance Testing and support Test Analyst in definition of Test scenarios and Test Scripts
  • Identify and communicate project related issues, changes or risks to Project Manager
  • Assist with the maintenance of project related information ;

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Oracle or Workday preferred
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business- relevant conclusions
  • Proven working experience of process mapping and business analytics.
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Ability to define a problem and assist in solution identification
  • Preferably experience of HR and associated systems
  • An understanding of Compensation processes and procedures is preferable, or the ability to quickly assimilate and understand these
  • Strong planning, organising and time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and approach to responsibilities with an ability to meet new challenges and changes with an open mind
  • Demonstrated commitment to the job
  • Must have solid Visio and Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to produce results to demanding deadlines and work on a number of key issues simultaneously
  • Thinks autonomously and take initiative

Flexible and happy to travel both within the UK and internationally as required for the role
