Interim Job Evaluation Project Manager City of London The organisation is a large banking Organisation The job is to work alongside HR and the Remuneration team to develop a fit for purpose internal job sizing model in light of changes around culture, values and people costs.

The main focus of this role to to create an job sizing model with a fit for purpose job scoring methodology to support the Bank in identifying role responsibilities and accountabilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • To scope and plan the requirements of the job sizing questionnaire that will be fit for purpose for the Bank by working closely with the HR team.
  • To work closely with the Remuneration Team to ensure that any internal matrix used is as aligned as possible to the work this team is completing.
  • To work closely with the Learning Technologies team to ensure that the internal job sizing matrix is suitable with the Banks systems that supports job families.
  • To redesign and develop any internal matrix that is suitable for Bank wide use, across EMEA, where the Bank will be able to identify the size and scope of a role using a points based system working closely with the HR team.
  • To be able to assign the correct points for each corporate title across the Bank, by working with HR and key stakeholders
  • Run work shops/test groups with key stakeholders across the Bank on the development and design of the job sizing questionnaire
