As a result of our growth, this pioneering company that is constantly changing and expanding, are now looking for an In-House Recruitment Specialist to provide support throughout the recruitment process for our Technology Division.

The recruitment function of the business is critical to future growth. Working within recruitment is a busy, yet rewarding, people focused role where flexibility is required and innovation is encouraged.

The client is a leading FTSE 250 client has just announced plans of international growth and as such is expanding its HR function here in the UK. An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT recruier with a background of either working in either (or both) agency and in house.

Working with the International Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for all Technology recruitment activity including:

  • Candidate search CV Databases and other relevant media, fully profiling candidates using direct approach methods and conducting technically focused interviews via telephone
  • Advertising roles internally and where applicable via external job boards, correct to specification and compliant to all relevant legislation and internal policy
  • Candidate management and communication; providing updates on applications (when applicable)
  • Assess CV response and filter, based on agreed selection criteria from hiring managers
  • Liaising and managing agency relationships
  • Managing a number of Technology vacancies concurrently throughout the full recruitment life-cycle,
  • Using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews

Essential Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working within a Technology or IT recruitment function (Agency, Internal or RPO) as a Resourcer or Consultant. Candidates with market knowledge and experience within Java development and/or IT Infrastructure are of particular interest
  • Experience of international recruitment (recruiting for roles based outside of the UK)
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presenting skills
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Must be able to work well within a fast paced, pressured environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to manage your own workload and deal with queries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A second European language such e.g. French, Spanish, Polish would be advantageous
