I am currently working with a Global Digital business based in London who is recruiting a Reward project specialist to support the Head of Reward with a key project.

The Reward Project Specialist will report into the Head of Reward and will assist with the development and roll out of an Equity plan globally.

You will be an experience Reward professional with the ability to be hands on and deliver operationally but have the characteristics to be able to effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project cycle.

You will be able to understand and interpret Reward strategy and take a bigger picture view on the impact of Total Reward and its place in the wider HR strategy. There will also be opportunities to get involved in other day to day Reward activities covering a broad range of topics including job levelling, external benchmarking, bonus plans, executive compensation and written communications.

The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced environment with lots of exposure to a broad range of Total Reward subjects, ideally technology sector but not essential.
