LMA is delighted to be partnering with a well known employer in the Hampshire area for the recruitment of an Interim Reward Manager.

This is a 6 month contract and will report directly into the Head of Reward to provide specialist support on a number of key Reward activities.

Role profile:

  • Work closely with the Head of Reward to develop the reward proposition
  • Review and evaluate reward solutions, policies and practices and assist in the development of employee benefits to align to the business strategy, making recommendations for change where appropriate.
  • Work with HR teams to review levels of engagement across the business and work with the teams to ensure consistency of approach.
  • Conduct external research, assessment and benchmarking as part of the strategic process to identify new reward approaches which ensures that competitiveness is maintained in line with the reward strategy.
  • Project management of the delivery of the annual benefits review for both staff and management groups. Provide key stakeholders with essential cost modelling data and advise them on any impact and timescales of the reward solutions, prepare updated documentation and communications as well as ensuring all changes to the HR System are accurately made.
  • Manage the day to day delivery of key reward initiatives, including the Company's private health care trust arrangements, flexible benefits scheme and loyalty and recognition schemes to the company. Working alongside the Head of Reward and Performance ensures that all programmes are innovative, appropriate and offer value to both employee and employer.
