A leading Global financial services organisation are looking to extend their successful in-house recruitment function due to an increase in demand from the business. They are looking to hire an experienced in-house Recruitment professional ideally with Investment and/or Insurance consulting resourcing or recruitment experience (however a general professional or financial services background would also be considered).

Experience required includes but is not limited to:

  • Create attractive role profiles, job descriptions and adverts
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned experienced-level job openings:
  • Partner with hiring manager to establish overall recruiting strategy for a search and create a recruitment action plan, promoting direct sourcing and sourcing candidates proactively
  • Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring team o Manage the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as "sold" on the opportunity
  • Manage candidates through the process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Develop competitive offers through your market salary knowledge, manage offer extension and effectively close candidates
  • Produce accurate offers using the ATS system and the company on-boarding portal

Experience working in a similar level role with the required industry experience is essential for this role. The contract is paying a day rate and to start ASAP, the contract is for 6 months at this stage.
