A large Essex based organisation are looking to appoint an experienced Interim Management Development Consultant to start asap for 6 months during a period of change and transformation.

The successful candidate will be an experienced management development professional that has proven experience in designing an innovative, flexible and engaging management development framework.

This role requires experience in identifying potential learning solutions and exploring delivery methods that improve learner engagement and experience.

The interim will also need to have experience in identifying suitable external organisations to work with to implement the framework. As an experienced management development professional, you will have a solid track record of identifying diverse development needs, and creating innovative and engaging management development programmes.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collate, analyse and present your proposals in an effective way are essential.

Knowledge, skills and experience required includes:

  • A comprehensive working knowledge and experience of a wide range of models, concepts and diagnostic tools for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of management development solutions
  • Professional and specialist knowledge to provide consultative support in L&D subject areas
  • Systematic approach to training development and the provision of learning opportunity
  • Extensive internal and external bench-marking practices
  • Excellent consultancy skills and Project management skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to create a clear link between business objectives and learning
  • Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise activities, self-discipline and motivation
  • Experience in facilitating the transfer of learning to performance
  • Solid understanding of a range of assessment and development tools and techniques
  • Skilled communicator in all mediums
