A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced L&D Administrator to join a prestigious Professional Services firm in the City of London to work on an interim basis with their internal Learning and Development team.

Based in the City of London this role is to start ASAP until the end of March 2018 and will focus on the following:


  • Coordination and administration of the Performance Management process, including communications, launching forms, tracking, reporting, and answering user queries.
  • Project Assistant on the Performance Management System Project, which is in progress and will implement SAP Success Factors 'Performance & Goals' module to replace the existing in-house appraisal system. The project tasks will include testing, preparing and sending end-user communications and coordination & administration of the end-user training.
  • As a pool of resources, the L&D Coordinators also support the Head of L&D and senior L&D staff by performing various administrative tasks including expense claims, meeting organisation and printing. Initially the primary focus of the role will be on the Performance Management system project. Once the new system is live, the focus will then move to the administration of the BAU process.

  • If you have all or most of the following this will support your application:

    • Project implementation in financial services/regulated industry
      - Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
      - HR systems
    • Organised, attention to detail, desire to develop career in L&D
    • Project implementation / excel / HR systems

    It is essential you are able to start ASAP and this will be paying a day rate. Experience working in a professional/corporate company would be desirable.
