My client, a large organisation based in Essex are looking for an interim L&D Consultant to join them for a period of 6 months to work with teams and functions to design and implement tools and activities to enable them to develop their careers and performance.

The successful candidate will need proven experience in designing and facilitating interesting development activities at individual, team and service level, using assessment tools and approaches to create a lasting positive impact.

MBTI accreditation is essential and a proven, successful track record of delivering change and capability development solutions is key.

Experience and skills required include:

  • Strong experience in designing and delivering bespoke team development interventions
  • Expertise in using varied delivery methods (face-to-face, online, social learning) to improve the learner engagement and experience
  • Knowledge and experience in team dynamics and team coaching principles
  • MBTI accredited, with experience in using a variety of assessment/diagnostic tools to enhance team and individual development
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering in a project-based environment
  • The ability to effectively drive creative direction to deliver great courses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to form effective working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders/partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience of liaising with people of all levels
