An exciting opportunity has arisen for a German speaking interim HRBP. Working for this innovative, global IT company, you will be responsible for partnering with leadership teams and senior managers across Northern/Central Europe, UK&I. Your remit is to establish and develop first class HR support and advice. You will also take full responsibility for the wider HR team across EMEA. They are looking for a true business partner who is solution orientated and enjoys adding value.

Location: London or Munich

Accountabilities include:

  • Providing end to end business partner support to Sales VP's and Managers across UK&I, Northern Europe and Dach, looking after the whole employee lifecycle
  • Utilising your knowledge to work closely with your stakeholders to understand the business and provide solutions
  • Implementing and executing HR programmes and initiatives including annual comp reviews and talent reviews
  • Coaching, supporting and guiding managers in relation to HR polices, partnering with your stakeholders in regards to ER issues, complex legal cases and exit processes
  • Assisting Talent Acquisition with identifying and attracting the best talent, in line with company objectives
  • Working closely with the wider HR teams, Centre of Excellence, HR Ops and the Global HRBP's

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of business partnering in an international organisation
  • Must be fluent in German
  • Experience of providing HR support across some of, or all of the following areas: UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Nordics
  • Strong UK Employment law knowledge is essential
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and influencing different business areas and management levels
