  • Be a Super User of the platform and act as 'go to' person for Subject Matter Experts with any questions they have about the system
  • Work with IS to deliver system solutions that meet business requirements
  • Follow through on enhancement requests from requirements analysis through to testing and implementation
  • Liaise with other HR system platform owners and IS to minimise downstream impacts where interfaces are in place
  • Monitor queries raised to HR by users and escalate any technical issues to IS
  • Act as single point of contact within HR for IS for any escalations
  • Training for new HR joiners using Oracle HR within EMEA
  • Attend monthly Design Authority meetings
  • Attend weekly meetings with IS
  • New starter data checks - validation reports and manual checks
  • Complete new starter tasks on Checklist system
  • Data updates - mass updates, batch element, dataload
  • Responding to Helpdesk/SAM/IT Security queries
  • Send out quarterly self service review reminders
  • Maintain Self Service pages on HR InfoPoint
  • Oversee daily and TRS interface logs and resolve errors
  • Ensure data transferred to Vebnet meets payroll schedule e.g. updates to pensionable salaries, holiday salaries
  • Identify areas of enhancement for system according to HR and Business needs
  • Follow through on enhancement requests from template creation to testing and implementation
  • Introductory training for new members of the HR team
  • Provide management information as per requests from HR and Business contacts. Run reports and provide basic analysis where appropriate
  • Manage the HR Services Administrator
