Are you experienced in design and delivery of Compensation and Variable Pay modules with Success Factors? If so read on for a great interim consultancy project working for a leading global professional services firm.

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced interim to join a project team working with a high profile client to design and deliver the end to end implementation of the Compensation and Variable Pay modules of Success Factors. This role is to start ASAP and will run until the end of March 2018.

The role requires the successful candidate to be in London for 2 days a week (work from home available depending on project workload etc) and 3 days on site with the client in Leeds (all expenses for Leeds will be covered but not London travel)

Please note you MUST hold a certification in SuccessFactors Compensation module.

Key deliverables:

  • Responsible for Leading Compensation and VP Workshops in SuccessFactors Compensation and VP Implementation
  • Designing E2E Merit Increase , LTI and Variable pay processes in SuccessFactors Compensation and VP Module
  • Suggesting best practice processes to clients and validate the compensation solution
  • Responsible for requirement gathering using Comp and VP workbooks and system configuration
  • Responsible for designing the Integration points for Compensation and VP with other modules in SuccessFactors (For Eg- EC, PMGM, Payroll etc.)
  • Communicating benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and the various IT Teams

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation module (essential)
  • At least 2 E2E hands on SuccessFactors Compensation and VP implementation within which 1 as a lead
  • Min 2-3 years Comp and VP experience in SuccessFactors
  • Experience in working in multi-cultural business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in Engineering, business, analytics, or Information Technology etc (desirable)
