A leading financial services firm is looking to recruit an HR Interim with experience with Success Factors to support the Project Managers as an HR Solutions Consultant in the design and implementation of HR modules of the system.

This role is to start ASAP.

The HR Consultant will:

  • Support both the HR team and the wider business to create reports using SuccessFactors Reporting tools.
  • Capture, validate and manage functional and non-functional business requirements to support process change.
  • Challenge business assumptions so that the delivered solution meets both current and future needs
  • Work with the Project Managers to identify and mitigate risks and issues during the project lifecycle
  • Support the testing phases of various SuccessFactors projects and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist the business in the development and production of project documentation including rollout communications and user guides
  • Participate in system admin training, act as system SME and provide User support during the rollout and post-live phases.
  • Actively encourage process change across a wide range of stakeholders.

Essential experience required for this role includes:

  • SuccessFactors - strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including Role Based Permissions, Reporting and Administrative Tasks.
  • Process Review - Experience working with teams to accurately document manual processes and translate into visual models.
  • Project Experience - Worked on HR projects, preferably partnering with IT teams possessing an understanding of basic project lifecycle and methodology.
  • Solution Focussed - Proficient in focussing on solutions. Ability to understand the context and criticality of issues within the overall scope of a project.
  • Stakeholder Management - Confident, articulate approach with the ability to encourage, influence and educate stakeholders whilst encouraging a collaborative approach to problem solving.

  • Word - Advanced
  • Excel - Advanced
  • PowerPoint - Intermediate
  • Project - Intermediate
  • Visio - Advanced
  • SAP SuccessFactors

Experience within Financial services is desirable but not essential for this project.
