A global financial services firm with offices located in Dorset are looking to appoint an experience HR Analyst with experience working in Change and Projects to join them ASAP on an interim basis for 6 months.

Working with the HR Operations function as part of the Service Improvement project team, this role requires the successful candidate to deliver the following:

  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for change caused by projects and change efforts.
  • Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating with stakeholders of varying levels.
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports (Adhoc/BAU) periodically to be sent to the client/stakeholders

Experience required includes:

  • Proven experience delivering the above responsibilities within HR process improvement programmes.
  • Proficient in MS Office i.e. complex MS Excel functions, business presentations, MS project etc.
  • Knowledge of HR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

This role is paying a day rate and will be based in Poole, the post holder will need to be flexible to travel to other UK sites when necessary.
