LMA Recruitment's client, a leading Professional Services Organisation, are currently looking to hire an Interim Compensation Manager for 3-6 months.

As Interim Compensation Manager, you will manage the delivery of a wide range of compensation projects across an assigned geographical region which will include, but will not be limited to:

- Annual compensation reviews

- Annual benchmarking

- Salary structures

- LTIP and Bonus reviews

- Partner with HR to identify and address compensation trends

- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies through auditting and reports

You will need to have experience of working in a global organisation managing a broad range of compensation processes internationally, ideally within financial services. Hands on and proactive in approach to your work with great attention to detail and excellent excel skills.
