A global financial services firm are looking to appoint an experienced Compensation Analyst on an interim basis to start asap to support the global Reward function.

Key deliverables include:

  • Support the delivery of a variety of compensation projects e.g. job titles/codes, annual benchmarking/pre-planning, salary structure, bonus and LTI targets review/development, and review and monitoring of the recognition program.
  • With the Compensation Manager partner with HR Partners and various leadership teams to identify and address current and emerging total compensation trends and issues. Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans, which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
  • Work in projects or sub-streams on specific compensation initiatives or processes
  • STRONG EXCEL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Experience working in a similar, reward/compensation analytical role is desirable for this contract, however a strong HR or HRIS Analyst looking to gain more Reward experience will also be considered.

Experience of financial or professional services experience is desirable but not essential, however experience in large international companies with matrix structures is important for this role. It is likely to be a 3 month contract.
