The ideal candidate for the role will be able to build strong working relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.

A background in operations would be extremely beneficial.

Some of the role responsibilities will include:

- Making sure the candidate selection process is conducted fairly and correctly

- Ensure live roles are also advertised internally to help adhere to the company's internal recruitment policy

- Provide tailored candidate shortlists and utilise streams such as CV databases, social media and job boards

- Provide regular reports for the key stakeholders of the business such as market intelligence

- Monitor industry trends
