A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HRBP at this forward thinking and influential international organisation. Working with their international offices, you will be supporting the delivery of their people and HR strategy, ensuring this in aligned with their business objectives. This is a strategic and international role where you will play a key part in shaping the business.

Accountabilities include:

  • Contributing to the development of HR strategy, playing a key part in developing strong people leadership and management
  • Working with you key stakeholders to translate and implement the people strategies across talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement
  • Working with the key stakeholders to translate and implement the corporate people strategies in key areas of talent, reward, resourcing, engagement, organisation development and diversity and org development
  • Contributing to the development of the strategic workforce plan
  • Supporting the Head of HR with organisation change activities and ensuring the people plan is aligned to their policies and values
  • Assisting with building the expert capability and capacity within the organisation to deliver the strategic goals of the business
  • Contribute to talent and succession plans and ensure line managers are equipped to manage, monitor and reward performance effectively
  • Providing expert advice in areas of dispute and handle any escalated ER issues
  • Providing analysis and insights in each business area to underpin future strategy, development around people, change and the organisation

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of HR business partnering in a large professional and commercial organisation
  • Must have experience of working with international offices
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Experience of developing talent and succession plans
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of HR trends and practices
