A highly reputable, fast paced and successful commercial company is looking for an HRBP on a 12 month fixed term contract. Covering a secondment, you will be responsible for their Information Technology team. Working within a collaborative HR team you will play a key role in identifying and meeting the people needs of this strong brand. You will act as a trusted advisor and drive performance, utilising your strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Accountabilities include:

  • Working with senior stakeholders and Senior Leadership teams to create and deliver their people plans in line with corporate strategy
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the people plan focusing on culture, leadership capability, talent and engagement
  • Supporting, coaching, advising and influencing business leaders to increase engagement and performance
  • Liaising with other business partners to drive consistency across the business and share best practice
  • Drive the talent management agenda, building future leaders and a sustainable succession plan
  • Deliver change management projects

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of business partnering in a professional and commercial organisation, ideally with previous experience of supporting the information technology or back office functions
  • Demonstrate commercial drive and acumen, with the ability to influence and achieve results
  • Ability to understand business needs and deliver the appropriate people plan
  • Experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people change
  • Experience of developing talent and succession plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker, excellent problem solving skills and influencing different business areas and management levels
  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to different business needs and having the mindset of continuous improvement.
