Practice Manager/HR - North London - £50-60K

We have the most amazing opportunity for a candidate to support in a professional services environment in an amazingly supportive work environment, based in North London.

We need a career committed individual who really has fantastic all round skills and is passionate about delivery to maintain the smooth running of the Practice and manage the support team.

The role is multifaceted and the office is an inclusive, fun place to work and everyone strives for success.

We are looking a really good all-rounder who is a collaborative individual and has experience of supporting in different areas.

You must have experience of HR and a sound knowledge of employment law and facilities experience and also general admin skills.

You will be a lynch-pin in this busy office and the hours will be 9-6 with flex.

Duties are below:

HR

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of HR * Manage recruitment * Oversee induction process * Coordinate staff reviews * Manage staff training, including the Study Tour and mentoring programme * Monitor and maintain all staff records * Prepare and manage welfare and admin budget * Assist with developing job descriptions * Coordination of the staff welfare group.

Facilities

  • Oversee front of house * Assist with health and safety * Prepare and manage facilities and welfare budgets * Manage service and maintenance contracts * Oversee utilities contracts * Organise office moves * Maintain fire and security contracts and procedures.

Practice

  • Report to weekly Directors meetings, quarterly Executive board meetings and other meetings, as required * Attend and contribute to Practice Management meetings. * Report at weekly Staff Forums * Management of creative support team and their workload * Overview of project procedures and filing * Overview of project archive * Assist with quality management.

Skills

  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR processes * Strong communication skills * Ability to produce clear, relevant information * An eye for detail and accuracy * Organised and able to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines * Experience of managing a small team.
