My client, a leading financial services company in the city, is looking for an HR Officer to join an established team.

Working as a part of the HR Operations team, you will deal with all first line HR queries from the business across EMEA. Working as a part of a team you will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle:

  • Drafting new hire contracts, consultancy agreements and variation letters as required
  • Managing the on-boarding of new starters
  • Assisting with global mobility and cross border moves - arranging relocation from home to host country.
  • You will also manage the induction process; meet all new starters on their first day ensuring that all induction paperwork is completed and returned and manage the probation period process including notifying the immediate line manager of probation end dates, seeking feedback and generating paperwork as required.
  • Assisting with absence management processes including ensuring medical certificates are provided and on file;
  • Completion of Occupational Health referral forms and arranging/confirming appointments for employees as requested
  • Managing and tracking maternity and flexible working processes
  • You will also manage the leaver process

The ideal candidate will have previous HR Admin experience gained in a similar fast paced environment. Previous HR systems experience (ideally Workday) would also be advantageous.
