LMA are working with a leading retail and distribution business in the search for a HR Manager to join the fulfilments operations team. Our client is going through a very exciting time at the moment, experiencing huge growth and is considered to be a leader in the market. This role is based in their head office in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

We are looking for a HR generalist to work closely with other managers and members of the team to ensure all HR processes and policies are implemented and followed, working with onsite support teams to ensure operational standards are implemented. As HR Manager you will be responsible for:

  • provide effective guidance and coaching for line managers to make effective people decisions
  • Identify and drive HR-related business projects which will benefit the business and contribute to its success
  • Support capability development, retention and succession of talent within the CFC Operation
  • Lead a team of on-site HR professionals (including operational training specialists) who you will lead, coach and develop to successfully partner with operational line management
  • You will also develop and deliver internal training workshops for line managers and employees.

The successful candidate will have experience previously leading HR within an operational environment, preferably Unionised. Having worked within a retail environment previously in a HR Managerial capacity would be highly beneficial. You will need to have Broad knowledge of ER, recruitment, L&D, Employee engagement and strong leadership skills. This role is looking to pay £50,000-£60,000.
