This entrepreneurial, VC-backed professional services organisation is looking to hire a high calibre HR Manager in a part-time capacity to support the firm's growth and diversification strategy.

Working with the executive team, you will create and implement an integrated people strategy ensuring that key talent is attracted, developed, rewarded, motivated and retained building a high performance culture and engaged workforce.

The critical nature of the role means you must have experience leading and developing an HR function within a professional services or financial services environment in a standalone capacity.

You will have experience in improving policy and process, as well as develop talent management and development initiatives and compensation. You'll also coach and support managers through employee relations and performance management.

A 'hands on' generalist HR Manager, you will be able to present demonstrable evidence in driving people-related change in an end-to-end generalist HR capacity.

You will be equally comfortable with commercial decision making as leading the people agenda and have the personal gravitas and credibility to influence at board level.

You'll also have the ability to balance defining strategy versus delivering operational HR solutions ensuring the right supply of talent meet current and future needs of this SME organisation, making a considerable contribution to its continued success and growth.
