A great opportunity to join a growing international financial services firm for an experienced HR Manager with strong generalist skills has arisen. This will be a 6-9 month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent. To start asap this role will manage a small UK HR team and report to the EMEA HR Director.

The successful candidate will initially join to head up the UK HR team to cover maternity leave but given the company's plans to continue it's expansion there may be potential for a permanent position at the end of the 6-9 month FTC.

Generalist HR experience is essential as the business is still at a stage where they are implementing HR policy and process across a range of areas. Strong stakeholder relationship management is key, this is a hands on role and the HR Manager will need to be flexible and confident to challenge when required but work with the business in a commercial manner.

Experience advising the board is desirable, the role will report into a US based Director for a period. A strong knowledge of UK employment Law is essential. A background working within SME financial/professional services would be beneficial.
