My client, a Management Consultancy, has a challenging and varied opportunity for an organised HR Coordinator who will cover a full range of activity around learning and development , recruitment and resourcing.

The role requires a highly pro-active, service-orientated individual who is keen to learn and build relationships. The ideal candidate will be someone who is positive, personable, self-motivaed and be able to work as part of a collaborative team.

Some of the duties include:-

  • Supporting the resource scheduling process
  • Co-ordinating training, monitoring and tracking attendance
  • Supporting the recruitment through candidate screening, interview scheduling and the issuing of offer letters and contracts

The successful candidate will have:-

  • A minimum of 2.1 Bachelors Degree
  • At least 12 months in an HR Generalist role
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Ability to multi-task or work as part of a team
  • Experience in a Consultancy firm would be desirable
