My client, a leading Architectural brand, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be supporting a client group of 200. You will be tasked with coordinating the smooth administrative running of the HR team to provide an efficient and high quality HR service. Acting as first point of contact for London staff, you will answer queries in relation to HR policies in an approachable, accurate and timely manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Resourcing. Arranging interviews and ensuring interviewers have necessary materials
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies, providing clear and detailed feedback
  • Supporting the HR Advisor in designing and administering selection tests
  • Setting up new starters
  • Preparing the monthly payroll report
  • Providing administrative support to the appraisal process, including recording and analysing feedback and training requests received
  • Acknowledging employee resignations and guiding them through the leaving process
  • You will also be responsible for key projects including managing the company's work experience programme.

The ideal candidate will have had experience of working as an HR Administrator or Assistant and will be ready to take the next step in their career. You will be an excellent communicator, able to think on your feet and happy to liaise at a senior level.
