Our client, a leading investment management company based in the City are seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administration support to the HR Director and HR team.

The ideal candidate will have strong HR Administration experience, excellent organisational and communication skills and strong system skills.

This is a super opportunity to get involved in key projects throughout the year within a fast paced, dynamic HR team!

  • Ensure the timely collation of data for the talent reviews, engagement and calibration review meetings
  • Prepare the meeting agenda, information packs and minute taking in meetings
  • Request and produce MI and reports
  • Undertake a variety of ad hoc HR projects involving internal and external research
  • Diary management for the HRD both internal and external
  • Travel arrangements
