As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will work closely with Senior Management teams across a number of Head Office functions to translate business initiatives and goals into robust HR strategic plans that enable business delivery.

You won't be alone, working as part of a team of HR Business Partners and Advisors, and ensure a complete generalist service is provided to these client groups. This will include supporting the business on a number of people solutions such as engagement, communications, performance management, L & D interventions, talent management and many more. Along with strategic input and delivery, you will also need to be hands on, supporting managers with high level employee relations, coach managers on policies and procedures, etc.

So what would we like to see?

  • Proven background in a HR management role with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence is key from within a corporate head office environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Demonstrate experience within talent management, succession planning, performance management and development planning
  • Finally, you need to be comfortable with data, showing an analytical capability to make informed decisions and anticipate business priorities.
