I am currently working on an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity. This role would be working within a leading Technology and Distribution company based in Hertfordshire and is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a HR Business Partner position at an exciting time as this client is seeing a lot of growth and development both domestically and internationally.

The role would involve you working amongst the team supporting the 6 central business functions and providing HR expertise to improve organisational effectiveness. As HR business partner you will have to build strong working relationships with key players such as functional specialists to ensure a smooth running of all HR policies. These will vary over all the HR divisions such as Learning and Development, Reward and Engagement. In addition you will be involved in supporting recruitment initiatives and work to develop strategies with senior management to address short term and long term objectives for the business.

A successful candidate will be a strong leader with the drive to succeed. You must have proven senior experience in a Senior HR generalist position and be familiar with UK employment law. To be confident and have strong influential negotiating skills will be highly beneficial.

Experience of supporting overseas client groups would be an advantage.

This role is a permanent position and is looking to pay up to £40,000.
