Working for this entrepreneurial global market leader in their field, there is a need to recruit a high calibre junior HR Business Partner in a newly created role.

Reporting into a Divisional HR Director, the role will partner with members of a divisional leadership team on day to day HR matters and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the HR strategy. The company has a strong talent management agenda, but are on that journey, so you will have involvement in numerous change projects, including building succession and capability development, driving engagement and positive employee relations.

The role demands a commercial HR Business Partner with excellent relationship management skills who will support a varied client group. Prior experience working in a matrix environment is essential, as is the ability and confidence to work independently and as part of a small HR team.

Proactive, you will have a proven generalist HR track record of operational and tactical delivery within fast paced, agile corporate environments and be comfortable operating in a rapid change organisation.
