One of the leading global law firms located across over 40 countries, located in the heart of London are looking for and experienced HR Business Analyst to join a highly committed and passionate HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Analyst within the HR Process and Systems group. You will join the firm at a point of exciting and important change across the businesses EMEA territories. The project of embedding best practise and aligning our international support services is underway and this role will play a crucial part in helping deliver consistent international recruitment processes throughout the business.

We seek an experienced analyst and process specialist able to help deliver a global process mapping and change programme across the recruitment business. This is a role for an individual who thrives on being part of a demanding and complex business transformation project, and using your extensive technical skills to offer pragmatic but innovative solutions.

You will be commercially astute and dynamic, and able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical issues that are key to your clients. You will have strong experience of working across process mapping and implementation. Energetic and enthusiastic, you will have the skills, knowledge and attributes to work flexibly and autonomously within our fast moving and changing environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the International business teams to understand all processes and business rules associated with the Annual Compensation Salary Review and Bonus process
  • Plan discovery/requirement gathering workshops and associated content to achieve the optimum results from sessions
  • Evaluation of requirements gathering workshop results
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Analysis to identify consistent processes and synergies at an international level whilst establishing local requirements that cannot be changed
  • Document output from sessions and achieve required sign off from key business stakeholders
  • Work with Project Manager to define the Request for Proposal including detailed Business Requirements that will be used as part of the Tender process
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate training sessions for users as part of User Acceptance Testing delivery and subsequent delivery's
  • Perform user Acceptance Testing and support Test Analyst in definition of Test scenarios and Test Scripts
  • Identify and communicate project related issues, changes or risks to Project Manager
  • Assist with the maintenance of project related information

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Oracle or Workday preferred
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business- relevant conclusions
  • Proven working experience of process mapping and business analytics
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Preferably experience of HR and associated systems
  • An understanding of Compensation processes and procedures is preferable, or the ability to quickly assimilate and understand these
  • Strong planning, organising and time management skills with the ability to deal with conflicting demands
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business
  • Must have solid Visio and Microsoft office skills
  • Ability to produce results to demanding deadlines and work on a number of key issues simultaneously
  • Thinks autonomously and take initiative
