We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Assistant to join a fabulous Financial Services firm based in the City on a 12 FTC. You will assist a team of fast paced professionals within the HR department.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, excellent system skills and be happy to help out in all aspects of the HR administration for the team!

This is an excellent opportunity if you are seeking an entry level position within HR and looking for that next step in your career.

The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and have the desire to learn.

The main job duties include:

  • Drafting new hire contracts, consultancy agreements and variation letters
  • Managing the on-boarding of new starters and adding new starter details and documentation onto the HR systems
  • Support on employee relation and performance coaching issues as required
  • Review HR administration processes and recommend how we can scale them as the business grows so they become less labour intensive
  • Support on HR projects
  • Manage the induction process
  • Source events and meet ups to find new talent and assist in the coordination of recruiting activities / events
  • General HR Administration
