HR Operations Advisor £30,000 per annum.

LMA Recruitment has been asked to partner a Global Media Company based in the heart of Central London. They currently require an experienced HR Operations Advisor, who can join their fast-paced HR team. The successful candidate will take an active role in the 'people related' projects, leading on five main areas:

Advice & guidance

You will support the People Hub to respond to the more complex queries in relation to policy, process and people relations. You will ensure a consistent and excellent service level, with practical and commercial advice to ensure solutions are found and queries are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Benefits

Lead on all reward and benefits communications, working with the People Operations Manager, including management of benefits fairs and benefits promotion to improve overall employee engagement.

Reporting and analysis

Provide accurate reports in a timely manner to relevant parties including quarterly people dashboard reports, as well as ad hoc reports to enable the business to make informed decisions and meet deadlines.

Visa management

With administrative support from the People Coordinator you will manage all visa licenses in line with Home Office regulations and guidance. You will be the expert on all things visa/transfer processes and support the team to find the best solution for their managers. You will liaise with the immigration legal support and manage all visa processes and relocations in a timely, efficient manner.

Stakeholder management

Develop effective relationships with the internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers externally such as benefits providers, system suppliers, survey providers, remuneration consultants etc.

  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines at once
  • An analytical mind-set and proficient at working with data and dashboards,
  • Innate sense of curiosity, seeking out new experiences, knowledge and feedback
  • A real team player, supporting and advising team members
  • Very comfortable with data
  • Experience of working at a fast pace and delivering results on time
  • Commitment to delivering consistently exceptional customer service
  • Excel skills to an advanced or proficient level
