HR Advisor - 3 month FTC

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience at HR Advisor level.
  • Strong UK Employment Law knowledge.
  • Substantial Compensation & Benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical experience.
  • Experience using several HR systems.
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • A self-starter.
  • Able to hit deadlines.

Your core tasks:

  • Advise on benefits best practice and optimisation of existing schemes.
  • Support throughout the full HR life cycle (i.e. from start through departure).
  • Coach on people-matters.
  • Supporting annual salary review process
  • Bonus planning, design, review and administration
  • Annual stock allocation and planning
  • Benchmark Salary and benefit against internal and external market.
