LMA are working with a mid-size international bank in the search for a HR Advisor to join the team. This role is based in the heart of the city at their London offices.

As HR Advisor, this is a very hands on and operational role, you will get the opportunity to gain front office exposure as this is one area of the business you will get the chance to be responsible for in a HR Advisor capacity.

A few of your duties will include but not be limited to

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employee queries on HR related matters and escalating as appropriate
  • Build good relationships with employees at all levels and provide a high quality HR service at all times in line with the Departments' internal SLA and processes, whilst role modelling the bank's values.
  • Support the HR Team with administration of employee life cycle processes such as, but not limited to, processing and on boarding new joiners, preparing offer letters, welcome packs, producing employment contracts and processing contractual changes.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment administration is completed in a timely manner in conjunction with HR Recruiter.
  • Work in conjunction with the HR Team to maintain the process and records for the senior managers and certification regime as required.

The successful candidate will currently be in an HR generalist role either at coordinator or Advisor level. It would be highly beneficial if you come from a banking background or have worked within financial services.

This is a permanent position looking to pay up to £45,000 DOE.
