We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join an established financial services company based in the City for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be supporting the Head of HR with all HR Administration.

You must have experience working within a fast paced HR environment, preparing employment contracts and have high attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, excellent system skills and be happy to help out in all aspects of the HR administration for the team!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team within a varied position.

The main job duties include:

  • Drafting new hire contracts, consultancy agreements and variation letters
  • Managing the on-boarding of new starters and adding new starter details and documentation onto the HR systems (Workday & Oracle)
  • Support on HR projects
  • Manage the induction process

The working hours are between 8-6.
