A global market leader in their field, this agile high growth tech firm is looking to hire a high calibre Head of Talent Acquisition in a newly created role.

The organisation has implemented a new target operating model and people strategy to support year-on-year growth and enable better scalability.

Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you will reposition talent acquisition at a strategic level delivering against hiring needs globally, building structure, tools and capabilities enabling the organisation to achieve its ambitious growth targets.

Working closely with the Chief People Officer and part of global HR SMT, you will design appropriate strategies and resourcing plans building robust talent pipelines to future proof the organisation and drive and implement a streamlined, consistent recruitment process and policy.

Key initiatives will be to develop direct resourcing channels, search & networking tools with the aim of increasing quality of hire and reducing time and cost per hire. You'll also conduct a talent management process review ensuring that the business promotes a consistent employer brand that will attract, retain, engage and develop talent.

Keeping your hand in operationally, you'll also be expected to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions - specifically executive and business critical hires.

To excel, you will be an experienced in house recruiter with a background in technology (digital, big data, analytics, software or internet) environments. The role will be a blend of strategic reposition (structure, process reengineering, talent pipelining) and operational activity and requires someone with the entrepreneurial flair and initiative to develop the function. The role will incorporate some international travel.
