A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruiter & Development Co-ordinator to join a top law firm in London. Within this role you will be a key member of the UK Graduate Recruitment and Development team, you will provide full administrative support to the team and be involved with both campus recruitment and programme management.

This is an extremely busy role and will suit an individual who is used to a similar, fast paced and varied position. You must be a highly professional candidate, with strong administration skills, advanced MS Office skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to liaise well across the board.

The ideal candidate will have worked previously within graduate recruitment, having hands on experience of candidate attraction, running assessment centres, campus recruitment, and other graduate events. You will be a self-starter who is able to use your own initiative. You will be a real team player with a hands on approach, who has the ability to multi-task and has excellent interpersonal skills. You will have previous experience of budget tracking, inbox management and booking travel and accommodation. Your organisational skills will be second to none.
