A global law firm, who has a great reputation and brand, is looking for a Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to work in friendly and busy team. This is a great role where you will be an integral part of the team, working under your own initiative, providing admin support across both programme management and campus recruitment. The Detail

Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager, accountabilities include:

*Organising and attending events, booking fairs, delivering materials, organising catering and creating name badges
*Organising assessment centres, room bookings, producing materials and dealing with queries
*Processing invoices, budget tracking, management of the team inbox, booking travel and accommodation for events and helping with the qualification process
*Programme Management/Graduate development; looking after the trainee performance management review forms and the logistical movements of the trainees
*Event management

Skills and experience

*You must have gained some experience as a Graduate Recruiter/administrator within professional services, financial services or in a matrix environment
*You will work well under your own initiative, are self-motivated and demonstrate strong organisation skills
*You will demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Strong experience with MS Office
